Your quota can be monitored using the MyDialog App.

How do I change my existing Dialog Fibre package?

Can I use my Dialog Club Vision discount when signing up for Dialog Fibre?

Yes, however, the discount percentage will vary depending on the category of your membership.

What is Dialog’s Fair Usage Policy?

To maintain the quality and performance of our service(s), which could be disrupted by usage patterns of a small number of customers, Dialog Axiata PLC has established a Fair Usage Policy to protect the interest of all our customers and ensure the highest level of service performance for all users. As such, this policy automatically restricts internet speeds once certain data usage limits are reached.

Will I still be able to use data after I have exceeded the monthly Fair Usage limit?

Yes, Fair Usage Policy only reduces speeds to 5Mbps. This speed is sufficient to surf websites, use Facebook, Twitter, etc. However, you may experience difficulty with heavy internet activities like streaming and downloads.
