Smart phone customers can direct dial by touching the dial code starting from 222 mentioned
in the SMS
Feature phone customers
> Open the recharge card PIN SMS sent via “e-Card”
> Select “Option” from the SMS screen
> Dial the number starting from 222
> Your recharge card will be instantly activated
How to activate using USSD
Customers
can activate the e-Card via “356# USSD and select option 4 for eZ Reload
(e-Card). From there, customers can either activate the purchased e-Cards or gift
the e-Card.
How to activate using MyDialog App
Customers can directly activate the e-card via MyDialog app by click on “Activate” button given in the purchased e-Card. Once you activate the e-Card, the value gets transferred to your mobile as a recharge.
