What should I do if my Data Roaming service is not working?
Check your APN setting if it's according to below

If Data Roaming is off, touch 'Data Roaming' to change the setting (e.g., from off to on)

Touch the APN you require
Changing APN Settings in Android devices
Settings >> Mobile Networks >> Access Point Names >> Go to Edit Access Point Name >> Then,
Name – Dialog
APN – "dialogbb" (For Postpaid) "PPWAP" (For Prepaid)
Rest of the Fields no need to change.
Save the new APN profile and select it.
