Prepaid Recurrent Data Plan

A recurrent data plan is a plan where the customer is required to subscribe to a plan and this plan will be automatically renewed at the end of the validity period by deducting the relevant amount from a customer’s wallet

Please note that all recurrent data plans will reset at 12 midnight on the expiry date (i.e. the Daily Pack will reset on each day at 12 midnight). However, if you do not have a sufficient balance to renew the plan, it will not be activated until the customer recharges their wallet with the sufficient amount. Further, customers can deactivate recurrent data plans at any time and the data quota remaining until the expiry date.
