Dialog Loyalty has its rewards with its own Dialog Club Vision card. "Club Vision" is more than a rewards scheme, it is a badge of recognition that portrays your true status to us as a valued customer. As a holder of a Club Vision card, you will be a member of a loyalty programme that offers limitless possibilities to experience a wide range of exclusive rewards and services spanning across the Dialog network and partner merchants island wide.
In order to secure your membership to the Club Vision rewards programme, customers have to meet the below mentioned qualification criteria by acquiring Points based on monthly billings.

- Dialog customers are eligible to earn Loyalty points based on the monthly paid in amounts of all their bills at the end of every year.
- Tier points earned in the previous calendar year will determine your Loyalty status (Club Vision Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze and Priority) for the following year of membership.
- The minimum balance due on 31st December needs to be settled in full on or before the due date in January of the following year, in order to be eligible for Loyalty status.
- Any outstanding debt to Dialog from permanently disconnected services will invalidate eligibility unless fully cleared by December 31st each year
- Timely settlement of bills and good credit behaviour will be considered for eligibility of membership.
- Monthly payments for any add-to-bill schemes, doctor’s appointments, bus/movie ticket purchases, easy payment device schemes and total taxes charged to your bill are not eligible to earn tier points.
- The company reserves the right to determine what components of the paid in amounts will qualify to earn these points.
- As a loyal customer of Dialog, you will earn 100 points for each month completed on our network.
- Points do not carry a monetary value and cannot be converted to cash or be redeemed.
- Points cannot be transferred or shared in full or partially.
- Dialog does not have a scheme where additional points can be purchased, i.e. points of a third party cannot be purchased or added to your own account.
- New customers to the Club Vision programme will be required to follow the verification process before they are awarded their Loyalty status.
- Loyalty membership will be offered to the contractual/legal registered owner of the connection and not to a third party.
- Membership for Club Vision and Priority will be offered at the discretion of Dialog Axiata PLC and Dialog retains the right to downgrade, revise or discontinue membership at any time without informing the customer.
