Yes. You may collect your pre-ordered Dialog Air Fibre device on or before 25th August 2026 from your selected Dialog Experience Centre. At the time of collection, The balance payment of Rs. 10,000 needs to be paid.
If you do not collect the device by this date, your advance payment of Rs. 2,490/- will be automatically refunded to the same account or card used for the payment within 7 working days from 25th August 2026.
Please note that the Rs. 2,500 early bird discount will end on 25th August 2026, and will no longer apply after this date

Step 1: Visit Your Selected Dialog Experience Centre. At this stage, our team will verify Air Fibre coverage for your location and introduce you to a range of Air Fibre packages available. Based on this, you can do the balance payment and confirm your order.

Step 2 : Once your order is confirmed, our technical team will schedule a visit to your premises within 48 hours. During this visit, our team will identify the optimal location within your premises to position the router and assess service performance to ensure the best possible connectivity experience. Once service performance is confirmed, we will proceed with installation and activate your service. Additionally, in the unlikely event that our technical assessment determines that the 5G coverage at your location is not sufficient to ensure a reliable and consistent experience, we will be unable to proceed with the installation. In such instances, the full payment made will be refunded and credited to the account details provided within 7 working days

As part of our commitment to delivering the best experience, our technical team conducts a home assessment to identify the optimal router placement, verify indoor Wi-Fi coverage, and ensure the service can provide reliable, high-quality connectivity before activation.

Air Fibre is a Wi-Fi solution that operates on the Dialog Mobile 5G network. It differs from the current 4G Home Broadband as it runs on a 5G network and functions as a mobile-based connection.

It allows you to enjoy smoother, more immersive experiences—like augmented and virtual reality, lag-free gaming, and better-quality streaming (especially live). It also keeps your multiple devices connected and running without interruptions. In addition, you can enjoy free content subscription through the Dialog Play app and receive exclusive offers as well.

We are expanding Air Fibre coverage in phases as part of our 5G rollout plan. The network coverage map will be updated regularly as new areas are added.

As a valued Club Vision customer, you may be eligible to enjoy exclusive benefits when subscribing to Dialog Air Fibre. Details of eligible offers and discounts will be communicated in due course, in line with Dialog's prevailing eligibility criteria and promotional guidelines.

You cannot directly upgrade your existing Home Wi-Fi connection to Air Fibre. A new Air Fibre connection is required

Dialog Air Fibre is designed to deliver the best experience within designated Air Fibre coverage areas. During the pre-installation assessment, our technical team will identify the optimal location for the device to ensure the best possible connectivity experience. If the device is relocated outside the validated Air Fibre coverage area:

• 5G service availability may be limited or unavailable.
• Internet speeds and overall service performance may be impacted.
• The quality of the connectivity experience cannot be guaranteed.

For the best performance, we recommend using the device at the location validated by our technical team during the installation process.

Once your order is confirmed, our technical team will visit your premises within 48 hours to complete the required service assessment. Following successful validation, installation and activation will be completed, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

You can visit any Dialog Experience centre, select your preferred monthly plan, make the full payment and confirm your order. Once the order is confirmed, our technical team will make a visit within 48 hours. Once service performance is confirmed, we will proceed with installation and activate your service. Additionally, in the unlikely event that our technical assessment determines that the 5G coverage at your location is not sufficient to ensure a reliable and consistent experience, we will be unable to proceed with the installation.
