To use the ViU App,
users should have a Smart Phone with Apple iOS version 13.0 or later | Android version 6.0 or later.

How to activate

Step 1

Reload (Dialog Mobile) Rs. 799 to activate the ViU Max 799 or Reload Rs. 444 to activate the ViU Plus 444

Step 2

You will receive an SMS confirming plan activation.

Step 3

If you have not downloaded the ViU App already, use the link in the SMS to download.

Step 4

Log in to the ViU App using the same number you reloaded to activate the plan.

Conditions
  • The ViU Max 799 and ViU Plus 444 plans direct reload option is only available for Dialog Mobile prepaid customers. 
  • If you have added your DTV account to the ViU App, The ViU Max 799 or ViU Plus 444 plan will not be available. 
  • Reload reversal is not available for these plans.
