Doc990, Sri Lanka’s pioneering digital health solutions provider operated by Digital Health (Pvt) Ltd — a subsidiary of Dialog Axiata PLC — announced the launch of the OPD Wallet, marking a new phase in its partnership with Allianz Insurance Lanka Limited. This latest initiative aims to make healthcare access faster, simpler, and more convenient for Allianz medical policyholders.

Through the OPD Wallet, Allianz medical policyholders can now book doctor appointments via the Doc990 platform, with consultation fees automatically settled through their OPD insurance benefits. This eliminates the hassle of upfront payments and manual reimbursement claims, delivering a more streamlined and convenient healthcare experience. Policyholders will also continue to enjoy a 35% discount on Doc990 channeling service fees, further enhancing the value of the service.

“As the country's foremost digital health platform, our goal is to simplify access to quality healthcare for all Sri Lankans,” said Janitth Peiris, Chief Executive Officer of Digital Health (Pvt) Ltd. “This expanded partnership with Allianz is a step forward in that mission —offering policyholders a smoother, more connected healthcare experience with just a few clicks.”

This collaboration reflects the shared commitment of Doc990 and Allianz to deliver smart, user-friendly healthcare and insurance solutions. Together, the two organisations remain focused on driving continued innovation that enhances convenience, affordability, and accessibility across Sri Lanka’s healthcare ecosystem.
