Is it possible to get a copy of my transaction history?
- Simply visit a Dialog outlet and request for a copy
- For Postpaid customers, your transaction history will appear on your monthly bill copy if your detailed bill option has been activated
Can I send credit to Dialog Television connections?
- Unfortunately, this is not possible
Is it possible to transfer special reloads, such as Rs 29.00, to another Dialog Prepaid connection?
- Yes, but it will be added as a normal reload and the data card will not be activated
