5. How can I claim my winnings? 

The customer can claim his/her winnings based on the 3 types of claims mentioned below: 

1. Rs. 20 to Rs. 100 - Customer will receive the winning amount in the form of an E-wallet remittance. This will enable the said customer to purchase tickets at Rs. 20 (further explained below) 

2. Rs. 200 to Rs. 20,000 - Any winning falling into this bracket can be claimed via eZ Cash / Reload / Bill Payments / Bank Deposit and Cash Collection  

3. Above Rs. 20,000 - The winnings falling into this bracket are considered “High Prize Winnings” and therefore must be claimed from the Development Lotteries Board
