2. What is the purpose of the ‘Reload Reversal’ feature?

When a customer or retailer mistakenly activates an incorrect product by reloading an incorrect price point due to confusion, this feature can be used to reverse the activation.

(For Example: If the customer mistakenly reloads Rs. 345 instead of Rs. 347 to activate the Fun Blaster but the Triple Blaster gets activated. The customer can then only use this feature and get Rs. 345 back in his wallet and the Triple Blaster Voice/Data/SMS entitlements will be removed)
