How do you buy an eZ Reload via a retailer & activate it on your mobile?
Customers need to visit a retail shop and request to purchase a Dialog eZ Reload (in the same manner as he/she usually buys a physical scratch card or a reload). The recharge card PIN will be sent to the customers mobile via an SMS by the retailer.
After this, the customer needs to follow the steps below to activate the recharge card whenever he/she needs;
For smartphone users
- Open the recharge card PIN SMS sent via “eZ Reload”
- Touch the number starting from “Dial 222” and call
- Your recharge card will be instantly activated
For non-smartphone users (feature phones)
- Open the recharge card PIN SMS sent via “eZ Reload”
- Select “Options” from the SMS screen
- Dial the number from 222
- Your recharge card will be instantly activated
Dial #356*4# from your Dialog mobile and check the available eZ Reload in your wallet, activate eZ Reloads and gift eZ Reload for anyone simply.
Frequently asked questions
You can buy an eZ Reload using any purchasing methods available on the MyDialog App such as credit/debit cards, Genie, eZ Cash or Star Points. All the eZ Reloads you bought will be saved in your eZ Reload wallet. You can buy new eZ Reloads, activate the previously purchased eZ Reloads or gift eZ Reloads from here
You can activate an eZ Reload via the MyDialog App by clicking on the “Activate” button given on the purchased eZ Reload. Once you activate the eZ Reload, the value gets transferred to your mobile as a recharge.
How do I recharge/activate an eZ Reload on my HBB/DTV using an eZ Reload SMS?
Customers can use the PIN given in the SMS to recharge using the existing standard recharge methods.
How do I recharge/activate an eZ Reload on my HBB/DTV using the MyDialog App?
Customers can directly activate the eZ Reload via the MyDialog App by clicking on the “Activate” button given in the purchased eZ Reload and by giving the HBB/DTV number as the activation number. Once you activate the eZ Reload, the value gets transferred to your HBB/DTV as a recharge.
Forward SMS
You can forward the received eZ Reload SMS to anyone else so that they can activate the eZ Reload.

Dial #356*4# from your Dialog mobile and check the available eZ Reload in your wallet and gift eZ Reload for your loved one simply.

At the point of buying from the retailer itself, you can provide the necessary mobile number & the SMS will be sent to the given number.
Gift via the MyDialog App
You can send the eZ Reload to another Dialog customer using the “Gift” option on the MyDialog App. After you gift an eZ Reload it is automatically removed from your eZ Reload wallet and is reflected in the recipient’s e- wallet. Recipients will also receive a notification from the MyDialog App.
Directly Activate via the MyDialog App
You can directly enter the required mobile number at the point of activation of an already purchased eZ Reload.
