First and Final Dividend Announcement

The Board of Directors of Dialog Axiata PLC at the Board Meeting held on 17 February 2012, resolved to recommend a first and final dividend for the financial year 2011 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company. The details of the proposed dividend are as set out below.

Rate of Dividend	:	LKR 0.25 per share / Final Dividend
Financial Year	:	2011
Shareholder Approval	:	Required

Please note that the recommended dividend is exempt from tax in the hands of the Shareholder.

The date of the AGM and the date of dispatch of the dividend payment shall be notified to the CSE in due course.
