Dialog Celebrates Poson with ‘Dialog Aloka Pooja’, Illuminating the Ruwanweli Maha Seya

This special event aims to bring blessings to all Sri Lankans, evoking the timeless virtues of the Buddha in honour of one of the most significant Poya days for Sri Lankan Buddhists. Continuing its commitment to preserving Sri Lanka’s traditions and heritage, Dialog will conduct the Aloka Pooja on Poson Full Moon Poya Day, which falls on the 10th of June, from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. The hour-long ceremony will be followed by a Dharma Deshana at the temple premises, and the evening will conclude with a spectacular illumination of the Ruwanweli Maha Seya. To ensure everyone can partake in this meaningful celebration, the event will be broadcast live on TV Derana.

Reflecting the spirit of generosity associated with Poson, Dialog will offer free data at five designated locations within the temple premises. Dialog customers can receive these offers by simply scanning the QR codes placed at each location. This is an extension of the ‘Data Dansala’ initiative, powered by Dialog’s pioneering QR reload system, which was first introduced during this year's Vesak season.
