11. If the error message  E-018 is displayed on your TV, what you should do?

Postpaid DTV Connections:

Dear Customer, please check the account status and if it's inactive, settle any outstanding bill and then do a rescan via the MyDialog App while your Dialog TV decoder is switched ON. If the error persists, please contact our Technical Support Team.


Prepaid DTV Connections:

Dear Customer, please check the account status and if it's inactive, please reload the account with a sufficient balance. If a sufficient balance is available, please do a rescan via the  MyDialog App. If the error persists, please contact our Technical Support Team
