Starting from 1st November 2023 you will be charged a nominal monthly fee of Rs. 100+taxes for Dialog ViU App access. We will continue to bring you more exciting content on Dialog ViU without any data charges on the Dialog network.

Frequently asked questions
While data is still free for streaming, there has been a monthly rental attached to the Live TV feature.
Effective 1st November 2023, a rental of Rs. 100 +tax was added.

Service will be deactivated before the next billing cycle.
As it is a monthly rental that is charged, you will not receive a refund. However, you may continue using this service until the end of the month and you will not be charged thereafter.
When you opt in for the service while adding your Dialog TV account to the ViU App, your Dialog TV account will be charged the next day.
