Corporate Disclosure : Material Sponsorship Contract

Dialog Axiata PLC (Dialog) informs the CSE that it has entered in to a binding contract with Sri Lanka Cricket, as the Official Sponsor of the National Men’s and Women’s Cricket Teams, at a sum of Sri Lanka Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty Three Million Nine Hundred Thousand (Rs 753,900,000) plus taxes.

Under the terms of the contract entered in to, Sri Lanka Cricket has awarded Dialog the title of “Official National Team Sponsor of Sri Lanka Cricket” covering all tours both in Sri Lanka and Overseas, of the National Men’s and Women’s Cricket Teams for a period of three (03) years.

The term of the National Team Sponsorship shall commence on 1st June 2013. This disclosure is made to the CSE in advance of release to public media.
