Reload Activation Reversals
You can now immediately remove a mistakenly activated Mobile Prepaid Voice and Data Plan and receive the total refund of the reload conducted to activate the plan. This feature is available for all Mobile Prepaid customers and the eligibility to reverse a Plan is determined by the following conditions.
Conditions for Plan Reversal Eligibility
- The Plan which the customer wishes to reverse should be listed in the eligible Plans for the ‘Reload Activation Reversals’ feature. Please refer the table below for the list of Plans which can avail this feature.
- You can only use this feature twice during one calendar year.
- The Plan can be reversed only 48 hours within the time of activation.
- If the Plan has a limited quota, at least 80% of the provided quota should be remaining in order to access the reversal feature.
- The feature is only available for Plans activated via Direct Reloads.
How To Use this Feature
Dial #678*8# on your mobile and add the Sri Lankan Rupee value of the Plan in the space provided.
Eg: If you wish to reverse the Rs. 199 Data Card, you can type 199 as seen below.
