- Customers should visit a Dialog Experience Centre and present their original NIC for validation.
- Customers must have an active mobile postpaid connection.
- There should be no previous connection's Permanent Disconnected outstanding under the NIC.

Customers must provide one of the following documents issued within the past 6 months.
Valid billing proof with the customer's name (e.g., utility bills, account statements, or credit card statements).

- Postpaid customers active for over 12 months qualify for a device value of LKR 100,000 or above.
- Postpaid customers active for less than 12 months (including new users) qualify for a device value below LKR 100,000.
No, plan changes to other plans are not allowed & plan changes to lower power plans (1200 below) are not allowed for customers with pending smartphone plan commitments.
- The credit limit will be automatically increased based on the range of smartphones, with adjustments made according to the instalment component.
- Smartphone plan policies will be managed via integrated device security solutions. Relevant controls will be applied from the point of enrollment throughout the credit journey until the contract is completed, based on credit behavior.

Blink Reminders | Users receive reminder notifications on their smartphones every 10 minutes. The message notifies users about unsettled bill invoices, and it continues until the due amount is fully settled. |
SIM Lock Control | SIM cards can be configured to restrict some functionality and/or lock the smartphone if required. (An 'Active Dialog SIM' is required to be in either SIM tray 1 or SIM tray 2 for phones purchased under this contract scheme.) |
Locked Smartphone | The smartphone will be blocked and rendered unusable with a lock screen message after falling into temporary disconnection. Users must settle the outstanding amount for smartphone unlocking. |
If the connection falls into Permanent Disconnection during the contract period, the remaining smartphone instalment value will be added to the final bill upfront. The smartphone will be unusable until the overall outstanding values are settled.
After completing the contract period, the additional credit limit (instalment component) will be removed, and the standard mobile postpaid connection will continue.
Customers can convert existing PrePaid numbers to a Postpaid PowerPlan and purchase a Smartphone under this scheme. Alternatively, customers can check the eligibility for the Lesi Pay scheme and purchase their smartphone through the Lesi Pay Device Loan.
