  • The Offer is only valid for a selected group of Dialog customers decided solely by Dialog Television Pvt Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Dialog”) and who receives a communication from Dialog (hereinafter referred to as “Customers”).
  • The offer period will be effective from 12th January 2022 to 12th March 2022.
  • Upon the text message received by Dialog, the customers who apply for a new HSBC Platinum Cashback credit card (“Credit Card”) under this Offer, during the period of the Offer and successfully obtains the credit card will be eligible Dialog Television Postpaid Primary Connection free of charge with Diamond or above Packages (“DTV”) subject to a monthly rental payable by Customer.
  • Customers will obtain a Free ViU Hub 2.0 decoder powered by android TV with Diamond or above Packages, collectively referred to as “Reward”.
  • The Customer shall be required to set up a standing instruction with the newly obtained HSBC cashback Platinum Credit Card for the monthly rental settlement (for the duration of connection lifetime) to Dialog until the utilization of the Reward.
  • This offer is eligible only for ‘New to bank’ HSBC customers (with no existing relationship with the bank) who do not have an existing DTV connection.
  • This Offer shall be valid only for approved primary Credit Cards of HSBC applied under this Offer. Supplementary credit cards applications shall l be excluded from this Offer.
  • Customer will be notified by HSBC of Credit Card approval/rejection via Short Message service (SMS) to the mobile number registered with the Bank and will receive the Credit Card from HSBC.
  • After receiving the new Credit Card, Customers will be notified by a 02nd SMS from Dialog, informing the Customers to visit the nearest Dialog Customer Care Centre to redeem the Offer.
  • Customer is required to visit any Dialog outlet to claim this Offer with Dialog within 05 working days of receipt of the 02nd SMS from Dialog, showing the relevant SMS received from Dialog to claim the Reward.
  • Customer will have to pay the LKR 3,990/- upon claiming the offer with the new Credit Card and will receive the same amount by HSBC as a cashback credit to the same HSBC Cashback Platinum Credit Card within 30 working days from connection purchased date.
  • This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers carried out by Dialog or HSBC.
  • The Offer is only valid for duly completed Credit Card applications received via the specified application links between the period effective from 12th January 2022 to 12th March 2022, inclusive of both dates (hereinafter referred to as period of the Offer).
  • The approval of the Credit Card shall be subject to the reasonable policies and procedures of the Bank and will be issued at the sole discretion of HSBC.
  • The Bank shall assume no responsibility for the quality of service/products provided by Dialog or for any malfunction of services or devices.
  • The Reward cannot be exchanged to cash or any other reward.
  • HSBC and Dialog shall reserve the right to modify, change or withdraw all or any of the terms and conditions, herein contained, applicable to this officer at any time without notice to the customer. HSBC Staff credit cards, existing primary and supplementary card holders will be excluded from this Offer.
  • Nothing herein amounts to a commitment or representation by HSBC to conduct similar promotions in the future.
  • If any dispute arises regarding any of the Terms and Conditions contained in Annex 1 herein, the decision of HSBC shall be final and conclusive.

  • Payments via the credit cards issues -Customers should contact the customer support/call center hotline (+94 11 4472200) of HSBC. Please note that customers will need to ensure the Credit Card is activated prior to usage at the Dialog touch point when claiming the Offer.
  • The general credit card terms and conditions of HSBC shall apply to this Offer.
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed by the laws of Sri Lanka and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Sri Lanka.
