1. How does the ‘Reload Reversal’ feature function?

The Reload Reversal feature is a self-help USSD option provided to Prepaid mobile customers to reverse certain activated packages through direct reloads. 

The ‘Reload Reversal’ will be eligible only if the below criteria is met

1) The package should be one of the eligible packages for the ‘Reload Reversal’ option.

2) You can use this feature only twice during one calendar year.

3) The package can only be reversed 48 hours from package activation

4) If the package has a limited quota, at least 80% of the provided quota should be remaining
