1. INTRODUCTION AND SERVICE SCOPE
Yeheli.lk ("Yeheli") is a confidential advice platform operated by Dialog Axiata PLC. It is designed to provide a secure, anonymous space for users to seek guidance on health, relationship, legal, and personal matters. By accessing, browsing, or using the Yeheli website ( the "Platform"), you ("User" or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), which constitute a binding agreement between you and Dialog Axiata PLC ("Dialog", "we", "us", or "our").
2. INTRODUCTION AND SERVICE SCOPE
"Platform" refers to the Yeheli.lk website.
"Services" means the provision of advice, information, and content
through the Platform.
"User" or "you" refers to any person accessing or using the
Platform.
"Expert" means a doctor, lawyer, counselor, or other professional
providing advice on the Platform.
"Content" includes all text, data, information, and material available
on the Platform.
"Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or
identifiable natural person.
"Dialog" refers to Dialog Axiata PLC, its affiliates, successors, and
assigns.

3. PROFESSIONAL DISCLAIMER
3.1 Informational Purpose Only: All content, including responses from experts (doctors, lawyers, counselors), is for informational, educational and guidance purposes only.
3.2 Not a Substitute for Professional Consultation: The Services do NOT create, establish, or constitute a doctor-patient, lawyer-client, therapist-client, or any other professional-client relationship. No professional relationship of any kind is formed between Users and Experts through the Platform. Yeheli is not a substitute for in-person professional consultation, physical examination, clinical diagnosis, legal representation, or emergency medical intervention.
3.3 Emergency Situations: If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, or are in immediate danger, you may ask for guidance through the Platform. We can provide general guidance, but such guidance cannot go beyond informational support and does not replace or substitute for immediate emergency intervention. Please contact local emergency services or visit a hospital immediately.
3.4 Service Fees and Payment Terms: The Services are currently provided free of charge to Users.
4. PRIVACY AND ANONYMITY
Privacy is the cornerstone of Yeheli.
4.1 User Anonymity: You are encouraged to use a pseudonym. We recommend you do not share identifying information (NIC numbers, addresses, full names) in your queries to maintain total anonymity. However, we may collect your age, gender, and locality for statistical data and analytics purposes.
4.2 Zero-Trace Interaction: Yeheli experts only see the information you provide in your query. They do not have access to your mobile number or registration details unless explicitly shared by you (which is discouraged).
4.3 Mobile Number Usage Policy: We collect and process your mobile number solely for the following lawful purposes: (a) account authentication and access; (b) providing technical support; (c) sending essential service updates, notifications, and security alerts related to the Platform. Your mobile number is not used for marketing, advertising, or any secondary purposes without your explicit consent. You have the right to request deletion of your mobile number subject to our legal retention obligations.
4.4 Minimal Data Retention: Beyond the mobile number required for account access and essential service communication, Yeheli does not store any additional personal information or personally identifiable data (PII). Your identity is not linked to the substance of your queries.
4.5 Confidentiality of Experts: Users must respect the privacy of Yeheli experts. You shall not attempt to contact experts outside the Platform or disclose their identities on public forums.
4.6 Data Encryption: Your queries and history are stored using industry standard encryption to prevent unauthorized access.
5. USER OBLIGATIONS AND CONDUCT
To maintain a safe environment, you warrant that you will:
5.1 Provide honest and accurate context for your queries.
5.2 Not use the Platform to transmit content that is:
- Obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit.
- Threatening, abusive, or promoting self-harm.
- Racist, defamatory, or infringing on the rights of others.
6. SECURITY AND ACCESS INFORMATION
6.1 Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
6.2 Device Safety: Given the sensitive nature of your chat history, you must ensure you "Log Out" if accessing Yeheli from a shared or public device.
6.3 Unauthorized Access: You must notify Dialog immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
7. COMPLIANCE OBLIGATIONS
The anti-bribery and anti-corruption, sanctions, information security, network access, and data protection clauses published at https://www.dialog.lk/legal are incorporated by reference and form an integral part of this Agreement. You acknowledges review of and agrees to comply with these incorporated clauses as updated from time to time.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1 Content Ownership: All material on the Platform is owned by Dialog Axiata PLC or its partners.
8.2 Reproduction Prohibited: You may not screenshot, record, or republish interactions with experts on social media or other platforms, as this violates the privacy spirit of the community.
8.3 Expert Qualifications: All Experts providing advice through the Platform hold relevant professional qualifications, licenses, or certifications in their respective fields. However, Dialog does not guarantee that every Expert is licensed to practice in your specific jurisdiction. Experts provide general guidance based on the information you provide and may not have access to your complete medical, legal, or personal history.
9. USER CONTENT AND LICENSE
By submitting queries, questions, or any other content ("User Content") to the Platform, you grant Dialog a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and analyze such User Content solely for the purposes of: (a) providing and improving the Services; (b) quality assurance and expert training; (c) anonymized research and analytics; and (d) compliance with legal obligations. All User Content will be anonymized and stripped of personally identifiable information before any secondary use. You retain all ownership rights in your User Content.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
10.1 "As-Is" Service: Yeheli provides the Platform and Services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Dialog does not warrant that: (a) the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (b) the results obtained from using the Services will be accurate or reliable; (c) the quality of any advice, information, or services obtained through the Platform will meet your expectations; or (d) any errors in the Platform will be corrected.
10.2 Expert Accuracy: While we vet our Experts for appropriate qualifications, Dialog Axiata PLC does not warrant the absolute accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any advice, information, or content provided through the Platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dialog excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Services; (b) any reliance on advice or information obtained through the Platform; (c) unauthorized access to or alteration of your data; or (d) any other matter relating to the Services. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, Dialog's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10.3 Third-Party Links: Dialog is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party websites linked through the Platform.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dialog, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, Experts, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another party, including any Expert; (d) your User Content; or (e) your breach of any applicable laws or regulations. Dialog reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with Dialog's defense of such claims.
12. MONITORING AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE
12.1 Quality Control: We may monitor queries and responses to ensure the quality of expert advice and adherence to community guidelines.
12.2 Legal Disclosure: We reserve the right to disclose information to law enforcement authorities only when required by the laws of Sri Lanka, specifically in cases involving threats to life, child protection, or criminal activity.
13. FORCE MAJEURE
Dialog shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond Dialog's reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, epidemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials. In the event of force majeure, Dialog's obligations shall be suspended for the duration of such event.
14. MONITORING AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE
14.1 Amendments: Dialog reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.2 Termination: Dialog reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform immediately, with or without notice, if you: (a) violate these Terms; (b) engage in conduct that violates the privacy of others; (c) harass, threaten, or abuse Experts or other Users; (d) use the Platform for commercial solicitation or unauthorized purposes; or (e) engage in fraudulent or illegal activities. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination by either party, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease.
15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services ("Dispute"), the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the Dispute through good faith negotiations for a period of thirty (30) days. If the Dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to submit the Dispute to mediation administered by a mutually agreed mediator in Colombo, Sri Lanka. If mediation is unsuccessful within sixty (60) days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts of Sri Lanka as specified in Section 15
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Sri Lankan courts.
17. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified or removed as necessary. All other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dialog concerning the Platform and Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, warranties, and representations, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof. No amendment, modification, or waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Dialog.
19. ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without Dialog's prior written consent. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section shall be null and void. Dialog may freely assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction, including to any affiliate, successor. Terms shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
20. WAIVER
No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provision, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided in writing.
21. NOTICES
All notices, requests, and other communications required or permitted under these Terms shall be deemed to have been duly given when: (a) sent via SMS or in-app notification to your registered mobile number; (b) sent by email to your registered email address (if provided). Notices to Users will be sent to the mobile number associated with your account.
22. SURVIVAL
The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive
termination shall survive termination, including but not limited to:
Sections 3 (Professional Advice Disclaimer), 7 (Intellectual
Property), 9 (Limitation of Liability), 10 (Indemnification), 15
(Governing Law), and all other provisions relating to confidentiality,
proprietary rights, warranties, disclaimers, indemnification, and
limitations of liability.
ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE: By clicking "I Accept," "I Agree," or by
accessing, browsing, or using the Yeheli.lk Platform, you acknowledge
that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms
and Conditions with Dialog Axiata PLC. This constitutes a legally
binding electronic agreement.
