Dialog Axiata PLC – Sri Lanka’s #1 connectivity provider – has awarded an exclusive family holiday to the Maldives to one of its outstanding retail partners, as part of a special campaign under the Swarna Shakthi loyalty programme. This initiative, aimed at recognising the crucial role of retail partners in bringing Dialog’s services to communities across Sri Lanka, offered one winner the opportunity to enjoy a four-ticket getaway to Malé with their family.
The campaign, conducted in collaboration with the WOW Super App, saw enthusiastic participation from retailers island-wide. From among the many entries, K. Mathushanthan of Saai Multi Center was selected as the lucky winner of the Maldives family holiday – a gesture of appreciation for their continued loyalty and excellence.
Since the relaunch of the Swarna Shakthi programme on 6th November 2024, over 80,000 retailers have engaged with the WOW Super App to browse, select, and redeem rewards conveniently. More than 30,000 gifts have already been delivered to retailers’ doorsteps, with the total value of redeemed items exceeding Rs. 240 million. Backed by a Rs. 350 million prize pool, the programme allows sales representatives to maximise the value of their points while enjoying a wide range of redemption options.
Retail partners benefit from a flexible and personalised experience via the WOW platform, enabling them to select rewards within their point balance or opt for higher-value items with a top-up – all with free doorstep delivery.
Dialog extends its heartfelt thanks to every retail partner for their continued service and commitment in keeping Sri Lanka connected.
